His career began as a hospital orderly, where he developed a deep respect for patient care and teamwork. Over the past 24 years, Jimmy has served as a licensed nursing facility administrator, guiding teams through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and resident-centered care. He holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Howard Payne University, equipping him with the strategic insight to lead complex care environments with confidence and compassion.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing, and relaxing on long weekends in the scenic Texas Hill Country.
