Michael Heath

Michael D. Heath, Sr. serves as a seasoned healthcare executive and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, bringing decades of leadership experience in skilled nursing and assisted living operations. He is recognized for driving operational excellence, while fostering cultures centered on quality care, accountability, and service to others. His career spans executive leadership, ownership, and multi-facility oversight across several states, where he has held senior leadership roles across the full continuum of senior living. This breadth of experience provides a well-rounded perspective shaped by both organizational leadership and personal ownership.

Guided by his faith, Michael views his work in senior living as a calling—an opportunity to serve others with purpose, compassion, and integrity. He believes that leadership is not only about results, but about stewardship: investing in people, uplifting teams, and creating environments where both residents and caregivers are valued and heard. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, mentoring future leaders, and fostering a culture where communication, accountability, and compassion drive meaningful outcomes.

Michael is a graduate of Furman University and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Assisted Living Manager in the state of Texas.

A long-time resident of the Austin area, Michael lives in Round Rock with his wife, Kaye, with whom he shares this meaningful journey in senior living. Together, they are blessed with a combined family of six children and ten grandchildren, ranging in age from 22 to four. When not serving residents and supporting care teams, Michael enjoys time with his family, as well as with their two beloved pets—Shelby, a Sheltie, and Cozy, a tuxedo cat.
